2. Visiting this website

When you visit the site, technically necessary connection data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser identifier) is processed in server log files to deliver the page and keep operations secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). The data is not combined with other data.

3. No cookies, no tracking, no external services

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no content from third-party servers. Fonts are served from our own server. The language choice is part of the address (/de, /en) and is not stored. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

4. Contacting us

The enquiry form does not send any data to our server. It only assembles a text in your browser which you then send to us yourself by email. When you write to us, we process your details (name, company, email address, message) to handle your enquiry and prepare a contract, based on Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention duty applies.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Please contact ione@gtmail.ai.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.

The German version is legally binding.
